Four studio types are available, for one or two people. Prices are per studio.

Rates are indicative and may change. The minimum stay is 6 nights. For stays of 3 months or longer, additional fees apply. See photos of each studio on the room types page.

In every studio

Shared facilities

• Swimming pool For a morning swim or a quiet evening.
• Gym Fully equipped, in the building.
• Shared kitchen and dining area For bigger meals than the kitchenette allows.
• Lounges and co-working spaces For work, meetings and meeting other residents.
• Function room Bookable for events.
• Parcel room Deliveries are kept safe until you collect them.
• Iron and microwave Shared, for every resident to use.
• Vending machines and parking Sheltered basement parking (charges apply).

Fees and what to budget for

• No agent fee.
• Wi-Fi is complimentary.
• Stays of 3 months or longer: an administration fee, a utilities fee, a check-out cleaning fee and a security deposit apply in addition to the monthly rent. We'll confirm the amounts for your dates when you enquire.
• Housekeeping: in-room housekeeping and toiletries aren't provided.
• Parking: available on site, with car park charges.

Why rent monthly instead of signing a lease?

A standard tenancy in Singapore usually means committing to a long lease, paying an agent, buying or renting furniture, and setting up internet yourself. A monthly studio at COLIVE skips most of that. You move into a furnished, connected studio with no agent fee, and you can stay from 6 nights to as many months as you need.

It's a practical choice if you're new to Singapore and want to settle in before committing to a long lease, if you're here for a semester, an internship or a work assignment, or if you're between homes during a move or renovation.

COLIVE is in River Valley, one of Singapore's most central residential neighbourhoods, with restaurants and casual local food all around.

House rules

To keep COLIVE comfortable for every resident:

• No guests. Studios are for registered residents only.
• No pets.
• No smoking anywhere in the building.
• Furniture stays. The provided furniture can't be removed or replaced.

Booking and moving in

1. Choose a studio type and your move-in and move-out dates.
2. Send them through the enquiry form. We'll reply on WhatsApp to confirm availability, the rate and the fees for your stay.
3. Submit your documents: NRIC for Singapore Citizens; NRIC and re-entry permit for Permanent Residents; passport for foreign nationals, plus a valid Work Pass, Student Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass for stays longer than 3 months.
4. Move in with contactless self check-in from 2pm. On your last day, check out by 12pm.

Is there a washing machine in the studio?

Yes. Every studio has its own washer-dryer, so there's no shared laundry room.

Is housekeeping provided?

No. In-room housekeeping and toiletries aren't provided. For stays of 3 months or longer, a check-out cleaning fee applies.

What is the nearest MRT station?

Somerset, Great World and Fort Canning MRT stations are each about 11 minutes' walk away, and there's a bus stop near the entrance.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. Residents can use the swimming pool and the fully equipped gym.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 6 nights. Monthly rates apply to longer stays, and daily rates are available for shorter ones.

Can I have guests or bring a pet?

No. Guests and pets are not allowed, and the building is non-smoking.

What documents do I need?

Singapore Citizens need their NRIC, and Permanent Residents their NRIC and re-entry permit. Foreign nationals need a passport, plus a valid Work Pass, Student Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass for stays longer than 3 months.
